I am in need of dental treatment. The thing is that I (like many others) do not feel comfortable with the idea of having dentures in my mouth and have therefore postponed treatment for many years now. I have recently read on the internet about having well it basically boils down to having “planted teeth” where your original teeth are not replaced by removable dentures but instead they are surgically implanted into your gum. Not a very better scenario than the removable dentures but still an option and one that allows for the removal of sudden embarrasment should the dentures fall out in public ( while eating, etc.)

My dilema lies in the questions, is this allowed in islam and especially what happens when I die, (is this act like having planted hair on your scalp instead of using a wig a punishable one)

It is permissible to have "Planted Teeth". It will not be removed on death.
