Assalam-o-Alaikum
someone was having trouble with his wife for several months.wife kept torturing him on several occasions.few times husband told her to leave him.during those days husband is not sure how many times but for sure said it in his heart to divorce her,i.e,”main tujhe/(spouse name) divorce deta hoon 3 times – in his heart but not to her verbally nor did he tell her that he had been through these phases.
does divorce occured?
as a result of all that disturbed azdawaji zindagi spouse had to leave with her two kids to her parents home in khi and husband was left all alone in Canada.
one night husband in sheer anger and under the thoughts of all the events that have happend,whispered to him self with the sole intention of giving divorce to his spouse,whispered the following statement 3 times while spouse was away and is not aware untill I write to you:
“main (spouse name) ko divorce deta hoon”
does divorce occured?

please note husband believed firmly that the he had been targeted and all his family members back in pakistan and here in canada along with his spouse kept forcing him to go and see a doctor.husband did eventually see a doctor and doctor told him that he was suffering from “schizophrenia”.husband was and still is seeing the doctor reluctantly as he still firmly believe that he is being targeted.husband sees/hears various signs/voices.some times they tell him to quit smoking,sometime he gets as if they are telling him to come to pakistan etc.etc.latest believe of husband is that some amal or jaddo had been done on husband as whenever he goes out people from nowhere emerges and shows him signs/signals.they know very well how to trigger husband.in short-husbands full lifestyle and all his life related activities are being watched.for instance work,home,shopping every where.
