There are 4 brothers in partnership.
1) All have equal shares 25% each.
2) They partnership consists of many businesses, properties, factories etc.
3) One or all partners wishes to give his children a share from his dividend.
a)How may this be done without distributing the property?
b) If all 4 brothers have 16 inheritors in total this includes each brothers wife can their make 20 shares in total and give each one a share?
c) How will their make each one a share holder: Hiba or Sale?
Note : As soon as the question for distribution comes then it will result in great loss.
Therefore they would not like to distribute the property but keep it as it is.
d) What happens after the demise of any of the brothers. How will his share be distributed? .
Kindly give us the best solution where everything remains as it is and the shareholders increase without the question of distribution.

Sort out shares.
List all of those whom shares are to be given to.
Then decide how many shares each one is to get.
Agree on that.
Then gift it with them.
However, try to distribute and dissolve the partnership. Generally partnership lasts in the first generation not in the second.
