As Salaamu Aliakum
My husband and I have been separated for the past 10 years as he married another woman wihtout my knowledge. I am aware that I do not have to give permission, but surely I should have been consulted. Anyway I would like to know if we still have to have our Talaaq issued, does he still have to give the requried 3 talaaqs officially or could I get married now without having this done. we were not married legally.
