Aslaamualaikum

if a Muslim writes in email/question service to a maulana/mufti that he has done kufr verbally, in thinking, in writing or an action or he has done an act/action of kufr when in reality he hasn’t done any of these but still writes in email/question that he did the above mentioned. Does doing this make him a kaafir?

Jazakallah

No, but requires spiritual treatment.
