1.Can Muslims take knowledge from Dr.Israr Ahmed?
2.If not, is there anything wrong with his ideas, works (books), and etc…
Please do give some examples.
3. What mazhab he followed?

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُاللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

1.) It is advisable not to do so.
2.) He is not a qualified authority, he has no valid ‘sanad’ (link) in Ilm, he tends to make Tafseer bir Rai and does not adhere to any ‘Madhab’.
3.) He is a free thinker.

TO THE QUESTION ABOVE
what makes one a ‘qualified authority’
what is Tafseer bir Rai?
what is sanad?
does it assume he wasnt educated enough

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُاللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

1.) One must have passed through a valid, reliable, authentic Islaamic Syllabi E.g. Dars e Nizami.
2.) To make such a commentary that is self-appointed, which has never been made by the pious predecessors before. Which leads one to self motivated commentary.
3.) ‘Sanad’ is a link of ones Ilm right up to Nabi (S.A.W).
