Divorce with a condition

I am sending this question again with more clarity and some changes. Please read and reply to this question according to Hanafi school of thought. My husband said that “I will divorce you if u will say the word ‘dog'”. I replied to my husband that “ye to tum ne mjh per saari zindagi ki condition laga di” this is translated as ” by this you have imposed condition on me for lifetime”. My husband then replied me “Haan” which means “yes”.

when i asked him “ye to tum ne saari zindagi ki condition laga di” which is translated as “by saying this you have put a condition on me for lifetime” and he replied “Haan” which means “yes”. His intention behind saying “Haan” was just to scare me that he has put a condition on me for lifetime but he knew that his past words “I will give you divorce if you wil saythe word ‘dog’ ” is not a condition its a threat.
My question is by saying “Haan” to my sentence, is the condition applied on me for lifetime?

He should make Kaffara, repent, and taubah to cancel his ridiculous statement.
