Am a married woman n after childbirth i kept on putting weight. Knowing that my hubby would love me to be thin i started dieting n exercising n alhamdulillah was doing good. One day i went on a holiday n just let go of my diet n all n since then my weight is going up n up. i feel totally depressed n i cant bring myself to do anything right apart from i just feel like overeating all the time. Is there anything i can do to control this behaviour of mine?

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُاللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Read ‘HasbunAllaah wa Ni’mal Wakeel’ 500 times daily i.e. 100 times after every Salaat.
Also think of long term consequences.

وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّلَام وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ وَمَغْفِرَتُهُ
