Continuously breaking wind

Assalamualaikum Mufti, i am a walking “wind machine” i suffer terribly of breaking wind continuously for eg if i make wudhu my wudhu will break whilst still making wudhu,if i do manage to complete my wudhu then as soon as i start salah then my wudhu breaks i have tried medication a while back but to no avail please advise how i should go about when it comes to salah and Quran pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
