Qur’baani is an obligation upon me. Please advise:

(1) If I pay for only one share ($65) in a cow, will this suffice for my Qur’baani obligation?

(2) If I pay for one entire cow ($450), specify 1 share with my name, and the remaining 6 shares each with the name of a different deceased person, will this suffice for my Qur’baani obligation?

(3) If I pay for one entire cow ($450), specify 1 share with my name, and the remaining 6 shares each with the name of a different living person, will this suffice for my Qur’baani obligation, and all of their Qur’baani obligations as well? The money is all mine and I did not get their permission for doing the above.

(4) Say my mother and father each give me the amount for one share in a cow for their Qur’baani obligations. In addition to this, there is also my 1 share.

(5) Can I then purchase three shares in a cow, specifying each persons name? Will this suffice for all of our Qur’baani obligations?

1.) Yes, if the other shares are Qurbaani or Aqeeqah.
2.) Yes.
3.) Yes.
4.) They can share in a Nafl Qurbaani. If they have to make each one separately, if their obligation is separate, then 2 shares are required, one for each.
5.) Provided other shares are for Qurbaani or Aqeeqah.
