what are the rulings considering a child born out of marriage?
Say an evil woman unlawfully tempts a man, who succumbs and as a result falls pregnant. The man, then marries the woman, and divorces not too long after based on incompatibility and questionable character. the man is physically harmed by the family and as a result wishes to have no contact with them. the child is sent money regularly, and is now finished school. A woman wishes to marry this man but is uncertain what the rights of this child and its family are. what is the ruling here, or relevant advice?
