Asalaamualaykum warahmatul Lahi wabarakatu.

Dear brother I am in a quandary.

Two weeks ago under heavy depression I said some things in anger against the almighty, that I believed he hated me and has forsaken me. Thus I gave up on Allah.
The very next day I took my Shaadah all over again and performed Jummah and salaatul istighfaar. After making istighfaar I approached my wife and mother law and begged forgiveness.

My two questions are these

1. Am I still a Muslim after making istighfaar? I have insane in my soul.
2. Is my nikkah void as my wife approached a mufti and he says the nikkah is void and on his word my wife moved out.

What is the Jamiats ruling on this?

Two weeks later her family approached the mufti who said our nikkah was over. In that time we were still living as husband and wife.

If my nikkah is invalid, how was this decision arrived at?

I am of the opinion that you are Muslim and your Nikah did NOT break in the first place.
Do not harbour sinful thoughts.
