I recently attended an event hosted by the MSA(Muslim Students Association) of a certain campus.it was attended by approximatly 150 people. A baaligh girl read the final dua in the same manner as males usually do at functions. the dua was an arabic dua read loudly and the audience, both males and females followed in the same way as you follow an imaams dua in the mosque.

Is it permissable for a Bhaaligh female to lead a dua of this sort? would the Fatwa differ between the Hanafi and Shafi mazhabs?
