1) I have given my son the name mohamed adiy.
is this permissible. his name is pronounced with an aiinn and not an alif.
the problem is sometimes people pronounce it with alif upon which we do correct them.
i have heard of the name as
Khubaib ibn Adiy
and adiy ibn hateem.
please advise.
2) is the name liyana a muslim name and what is the meaning.
I found this name on the internet and they say it means softness and tenderness.
