1) This was NOT done in the best of times.
2) This was not done by the 'ashraf' - original pious predecessors./
3) This was not done by the original elders of our 'Maslack'
4) It defeats the aim of role and responsibility of the women./
5) This is not maintaining the principle of 'remain in your homes'. Laws of Hijaab, before, during, after are comprised. 6) Ulema after 7 years of study disappear, what is happening to those who come out of the institutes.
7) It is not directly proven that seeking of Ilm is obligatory upon them.
8) The divorce rate amongst Alimas is much more than non-Alimas.
9) Deen is easy there is no Jihaad, Jamaat, and Jumuah for women, easier for women.
10) We require obedient, pious and women who have basic fundamental education for woman to shoulder the responsibility as home ministers and home educators to nature the upbringing of children in an Islaamic manner.

Dear Respected Mufti, I had a discussion with some young girls recently regarding the wearing of nail polish during their menses, it seems it is becoming quite popular. I explained that wearing nail polish would make your wudhu not valid as water would not reach the nails. And wearing it during their Haid cycle, is a big risk because should they die, then the ghusl that will be performed will be nulified as we cannot remove the nail polish when they perform the Janaaza ghusl. And so I said they shoudl stay away from it completely. I drew this conclusion using my own logic, but they asked me if there was anything in Quran or Hadith to support this. Please can you assist me. Jazakallah

assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakathu i am currently 12 weeks pregnant with my second child. i am having lots of complications with this pregnancy doctor says baby is not growing and a heartbeat cannot be found. i have to go back to the doctor in 2 weeks for a check up and doctor says if baby is still not growing and no heartbeat is found then i will have to terminate the pregnancy. what is the islamic ruling regarding this matter?what should i do please advise. please remember me in your duas inshallah Allah make it easy for me and my pregnancy as Allah knows best. shukran jazakallah

Answer

When there is no heart beat then cleaning of the womb is permissible.

Aslm, if a woman was having Istihazaa during ramadan, does she has to make Qadha of Tarawih Salaat? Is Tarawih Salaat Sunnah or Wajib?

Answer

No Qadha of Taraweeh Salaat.

Taaweeh Salaat is Sunnat Muakhidah for both male and female.

Assalamu Alaykoum, Jazak Allah for your prompt answer to question #6890.. After delivery the lady bled from 5th june to 28th june, then again on 9th July to 15th July and 18 July to 21st July. 1. On 28th june, she had ghusl, performed salaat and tilawat Quran till 9th July.. What is the ruling for the ibadah done during this period since she wasn't aware she was still in Nifaas? And she cannot remember exactly which part of the Quran was read during that time. 2. Since Nifaas lasted 40 days and she continued to bleed even after that, does she has to take into consideration the number of previous nifaas (38 days) and make Qadha for salaat? For how many days of salaat does this apply? May Allah reward you!

1) Make Taubah and Istikhfaar. Start Quraan again

Assalaamu Alaykoum, a lady delivered a dead fetus on 5th june and bled until 28th june. Then bleeding started again on 9th July to 15th July, then on 18th July to 21st July. Can you please clarify which period is considered as Nifaas, Haiz and Istihazaa? Jazak Allah

Till 15th July was Nifaas. Then Istihaaza started.

As-Salaamualikum Mufti, On the second day of fasting I got my Haiz after two months, this continued for 10 days and then it stopped I made my ghusul, on the 11th and 12 th day I was clean and continued with my roza and salaah.This morning I noticed some brown discharge, the rest of the day I was clean, I continued fasting but did not make my salaah as I am confused. a) Is this part of Haiz? or does it fall as nifaas. b) Do I keep gadhaa of this roza and can I continue with fasting if this happens. c) Am I allowed to make my salaah in this state as well. Please advice. Jazakallah.
