Assalamualaykum Mufti, 1.I've read that one should stop Qadhaa Salaah at least 20 minutes before sunset,How long before sunrise does does one have to stop.If due to having many Qadhaa's one stops 2-3 minutes before sunrise,Is it permissible 2.With regards to doubt about breaking of Wudhu,I read somewhere that one should overlook it,to such an extent that one should be able to take a vow in front of ALLAH TA'ALA that one's Wudhu actually did break,Is this true,Also heard a Hadith something to the effect that Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said that one should not leave the Masjid out of doubt of one's wudhu breaking unless there is a smell or sound, Is all this information authentic? 3.I heard that one should not speak highly/praise one's family/immediate relatives to others.Does this refer to boasting or praise in general Jazakallah

Use a perpetual calendar - Time when Tahajjud ends, Sehri ends, time to perform Esha and Witr end, time to perform Fajr starts. One may perform 2 to 12 Rakaats for Tahajjud.

As Salaamu Alaykum respected mufti, A person is currently in forty days, and must perform istikaarah salah. 1 ) What will the outcome of the istikaarah salah be? 2 ) The person must perform this istikaarah salah due to its reason and nature of the situation. If the istikaarah is not accepted what should one do? The following questions, I would appreciate it, if you could answer for both - A person in forty days - A person that is pure 3) Is it permissible/ or even accepted, to make istikaarah salah for something haraam where either result(of which there are two possibilities) may result in a sin being committed? 4) As with question 3) Said person is inclined to one type of sin and intends to change his ways in the future and as such, the sin will no longer be a sin, will this influence the istikaarahs outcome? If you perform on flight, it will be valid. If not possible then perform on landing (Qaza)

Once you leave your home you are Musafir. This if you perform Salaat of Zuhr at home you will only perform 2 Fardh.

You will not read Surah Fathiha or Surah but Qunoot in Witr (this will be done in Ramadhaan as Witr is read in congregation only in Ramadhaan)

as-salaamwualaikum,muftisaheb can a man remove hair on the top of his feet and toes, or even on the hands and finger areas ? what is the ruling with regards to salaah on an aeroplane , with regards to qibla, times of salaah, and if they don't allow space to read ? should you read it sitting in your seat ? how do we work out our salaah times when you are changing time zones? or should we make qaza upon lending?
1) Yes 2) If there us too much growth. 3) Ask attendant to tell you in which direction is Makkah. The time of the area/place you flying over is valid. Also applies to time zone. If not space, on landing make Qaza. Nafl whilst seated is permissible.

Inspite of a firm intention to follow the Imaam's recitation, often stray thoughts afflict one. 2. Its worse when the Imaam is silent in salaat. What does one do in this situation ? An effort is being made to learn the Quranic english translation. 3. Is it permissible, in nafl salaat, to recite a Quranic ayaat, recall its english meaning, before proceeding with the next ayaat until the surah is finished ? Was salaam
1 and 2) Think you standinf before Allaah who is listening, looking and checking. Imagine this to be your last Salaat. Perform Salaat with care, calmness and perfection. Think of meaning of what is recited. 3) This should be done concurrently not in a delayed manner.
