(1) Islaamic History Hadhrat Yahya (AS)
Hadhrat Yahya (AS) was the son of Hadhrat Zakariyya (AS). He was extremely abstinent and was blessed with knowledge and wisdom from a very young age. Although he never married, his heart never strayed to sin and he constantly wept out of fear for Allaah. Allaah instructed him and his people only to engage in acts of worship such as Salaah, Fasting, Sadaqah, and Dhikr in abundance and he conveyed this message to them when he gathered them in Baytul Muqaddas. The important part of his duty was to inform people of the coming of Hadhrat Isa  and prepare the path of propagation for him. As his popularity amongst the people increased, the Jews became increasingly frustrated and eventually martyred him, thereby damning themselves sinners in the Aakhirah.
(2) Rasulullaah ’s Miracle Blessings in a few dates
The daughter of Hadhrat Basheer bin Sa’d (RA) who was also the sister of Hadhrat Nu’maan bin Basheer (RA) reports, “(My mother) Amrah bint (RA) once called for me and placed a handful of dates in my garment saying, ‘Dear daughter! Take this lunch to your father and uncle Abdullaah bin Rawaaha (RA).’ While looking for my father and uncle, I happened to pass by Rasulullaah (SAW), who asked, ‘Come here, dear daughter. What is that with you?’ I replied by saying, ‘O Rasulullaah (SAW)! These are some dates that my mother has sent as lunch for my father Basheer bin Sa’d and my uncle Abdullaah bin Rawaaha.’ Rasulullaah (SAW) then asked me for them and when I poured them out into his hands, they barely filled them. Rasulullaah (SAW) then asked for a cloth, spread it out, and then threw the dates on it, causing them to scatter about. He then said to someone who was with him, ‘Announce to all the people digging the trench that they should come for lunch.’ When everyone had gathered by Rasulullaah (SAW) and started eating from the dates, they started to multiply so much that when everyone had left, the dates were still falling off the sides of the cloth.”

[Dalaa’il 3257]

[Tabraani 3370, from Hadhrat Abu Maalik (RA)]

(6) A Sin Spreading corruption on earth
Allaah says in the Qur’aan, “(The evil-doers are) Those who break the promise (pact) they made to Allaah after agreeing to it, who cut off those things that Allaah has ordered that they join (such as family ties), and who spread corruption (mischief) on earth. These are certainly the losers (because they are headed for Jahannam)”.

[Surah Baqara, verse 27]

(7) This World Those who pray for the good of this world
Allaah says in the Qur’aan, “From among man there are those (the Kaafiroon) who say, “O our Rabb, grant us in this world.” (They are then granted their needs in this world whereas) They shall have no share (of good) in the Aakhirah”.

[Surah Baqarah, verse 200]

(8) The Aakhirah The crown of the people of Jannah
Rasulullaah (SAW) said, “The crown that will be given to the people of Jannah to wear shall have pearls, the least of which will illuminate whatever is between the east and the west.”

[Aadaabus Suhbah Pg.34, from Hadhrat Abdullaah bin Umar (RA)]
